We offer a full support package, to include remote access support, allowing us to update the AT system, make changes according to the user’s progress and requirements, and add new media to the system to ensure it is kept up to date.

We also provide ongoing training and assessment for AT users, their families and care team.

In most cases we are able to supply a replacement AT system whilst yours is being repaired or updated.
